I was tasked with create an original typeface my typographic design class in 2018. I was given a muse to base my typeface off of, which was a professor within my college. This meticulous project forced me to pay close attention to details and taught me the challenge of designing a consistent and cohesive typeface. Choosing to create a slanted typeface for my first attempt at typeface design was ambitious, but ultimately gratifying.
dynamic Oblique
This typeface is named “Dynamic” after the Professor Rebecca Ortiz, who focuses her work on sexual health and education. She is friendly, candid, and forward thinking.
